All Gifted Angels pieces are made-to-order through our certified production partners. This ensures premium quality and reduces waste, allowing us to create intentionally and sustainably.


Processing Time

Because every item is made specifically for you, production typically takes:

  • 7–14 business days depending on the item and customization
    (Labels, embroidery, and specialty finishes may require additional time.)

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another once your order ships.


Shipping Time

After production is complete, shipping generally takes:

  • 7–14 business days for U.S. delivery

Orders may be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse or our international production facility depending on the item and customization.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, DHL, or local postal partners.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary.


Order Tracking

Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear.


Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue replacements or refunds.

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

All returns follow our official Return Policy.
Returns must be approved before being shipped back to our return address.
