At Gifted Angels, each piece is made in limited quantities. Because of this, all returns are eligible for store credit only.
Return Eligibility
To be accepted, items must be:

Free of scents, marks, or damage

Returned within 14 days of delivery
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit as a digital Gift Card for the approved amount.
Store credit never expires.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it.
European Union Customers
EU customers may cancel an order within 14 days. Items must still meet all return conditions above.
