When I started my real estate career, I thought I needed to know everything before I took the first step. I kept preparing and overthinking, and it only led to procrastination. Nothing changed until I finally threw myself into the work. That was when I realized the truth. You do not learn by waiting. You learn by doing.

You do not need all the answers to begin. You do not need the perfect moment. You grow into readiness through experience, not hesitation.

But not every dream works the same way. Real estate required action first. Gifted Angels required growth first. I had the idea for four years, but I was not aligned with the version of myself who could build it yet. Life had to shape me, challenge me, and mature me before that vision could come to life. When it finally did, it happened exactly the way it was meant to.

Some things require you to leap. Some things require you to evolve. Both are forms of starting.

Do not confuse the two. If you are reading this and you have not started, be honest with yourself. Are you truly growing, or are you procrastinating and calling it growth. Do not let “working on yourself” become the excuse that keeps you from beginning. Know the difference, and choose the path that moves you forward.
